Ok, this post can't be helped. I have found my dream house, err...dream condo.

Location: My favorite city of all time (Florence, Italy)

Beds/Baths: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths

Building Features:
1. VIEWS OF THE DUOMO!!!! (Location, location, location!!)
2. Just a stroll away from The Uffizzi, The Accadeia (featuring the David)
3. (For Rusty) Just a step outside for all the gelato you can eat
4. An elevator to help take the edge off the fact that it's on the 5th floor (better for the views)

Condition: Who cares that the kitchen is from the 60s and that the bathrooms need some work?

Price: Can you really put a limit on something that encompasses all of our favorites? Ahem...ok, it's about $1.3 million...

Can you beat this, though??
