yay!

Well, I am trying to kill some time and decided to let everyone know how excited I am that my parents, sister and niece are coming up to our house tomorrow! I guess that 1 day at Christmas just didn't fill their Rusty and Rachel quota...so up they come to the frigid land that is Louisville! I am super excited to see them and hang out with them this weekend! It will be a time of close bonding as all of us will stay in our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house! We are going to finagle ourselves plus a pack-n-play, plus an air mattress, plus a folded out futon, plus whatever luggage they bring into our little house! :)

Another super exciting thing that they are going to do when they are here is that Rusty and my dad are going to put a real door on the sunroom! We have an interior door on there now...it is secured by a screw that is fastened to the molding...high tech security, huh? So, when the boys are doing that, the ladies are going to be repainting the kitchen! :) I know they are going to be super excited about this, but it is a pale yellow and I really wanted a deeper, richer color...so, paint we will! We are also, hopefully, going to go out and find a curtain/drape for the kitchen window! that will be a huge thing to get off our list. So, those are the plans.
